Production Time
After you complete payment, your deck enters production. Cards are printed, quality-checked, packaged, and handed to our shipping partner within 2–4 business days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking status in My Orders.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. FurFreak does not add import taxes to the order price.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will reship at no extra cost.
