We collect information you provide directly: photos you upload, email address, shipping address, and payment information processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your raw payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your photos are used solely to generate your custom cards cards. Your email is used for order confirmation and support. Your shipping address is shared with our printing partners to fulfill your order.
3. Data Retention
We retain your uploaded photos until your order is completed and delivered. AI-generated designs and order records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for legal and support purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We share your shipping address and order details with our printing and shipping partners (currently Gold Eagle Printing) to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and shopping cart functionality. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
6. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your payment information is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@furfreak.com. We will respond within 30 days. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
